• Contacts: With your permission, we read your device contacts on-device to help you discover friends who already use our apps. Phone numbers are compared on your device; we do not upload or store your contact list on our servers.
• Photos: Photos you choose to use as a profile picture or for family member records, stored securely in our cloud backend.
• Push Notification Token: A device-specific token used by Apple's push notification service so we can deliver alerts (e.g., friend activity, friend requests). The token does not identify you outside our services.
• App Activity: Pool check-ins, planned visits, and similar actions you take within the app, shared only with users you have approved as friends.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Enable features like location-based check-ins and friend connections
• Send you notifications about pool activity (with your consent)
• Maintain and support our services and respond to your inquiries

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With other users as part of app functionality (e.g., showing friends you're at the pool)
• With service providers who assist in operating our services (e.g., cloud hosting)
